Urban Architecture

Choosing a place of disgust in the city and then embodying it to develop new perspectives of looking at it.

An isolated footpath, guarded by huge metal containers we call a bus. People walking on the street, in single lanes, fearing the fast-paced vehicles might collide with them, But the city has provided us with a footpath, Still, why don't we choose to walk on it? The fear of not being seen in public, the fear of not knowing what might happen behind the bus, and The fear of the unknown. While walking on the street, we hear murmurs of bus drivers, why do we still fear?

Is it the bus drivers we fear? They simply hide themselves in their metal containers till its the time for their next journey.

When buses pause and park themselves, the life inside it also pauses. The Buses get a place of rest, but the drivers don’t. As a response, the invisible footpath opens itself to form a living room of sorts for the bus drivers. It becomes a  place in the city where the bus drivers, can be themselves while taking a pause.
